Tell us the metal and the soil.

The substrate decides the chemistry before anything else does. Give us that, the soil and the bath and you get a product, a dose, a working temperature and a drum size — not a catalogue.

How pricing works

Chemistry is quoted to the job.

What a drum costs matters less than what a wash costs. Both come back with the quote.

Priced per drum, ex GST

Pack size and annual usage move the rate, and it drops at volume. Tell us how much you get through and we will price the pack and the standing order together.

The dose is what decides the cost

A concentrate run at 3 per cent can cost less per bath than a cheaper product run at 10. We quote the dose rate and the working temperature from the data sheet, so you can work out the cost per bath before you buy.

What you get back

  • The product named, with the reason it suits your substrate
  • Dose rate and working temperature from the data sheet
  • Drum or IBC size, and price ex GST
  • What it will not do — so you are not surprised later
  • Safety Data Sheet and handling notes

Chemical enquiry

Chemistry is chosen against the metal first and the soil second. Give us both and the bath you are running and we will specify the product, the dose and the temperature.

Business details — ABN, address optional, but it lets us quote freight and trade terms

Photos of the parts

A photo of the part and the soil settles more than a paragraph. The worst example you have is the useful one. Take it now on your phone or pick a file.

Up to 5 files, 10 MB each and 25 MB in total. If they cannot be sent with the form we will still get your enquiry and the file names, and you can reply to our confirmation email with the photos — it carries your reference number.

Commercially sensitive? Sign our mutual NDA first — you download your signed copy on the spot and we countersign within one business day. It binds both of us and keeps your name out of anything we publish.

We reply within one business day. If the soil is unusual, tell us what has already been tried and what it left behind — that settles it faster than a data sheet does. We use what you enter here to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation, and share it only with the service providers who help us do that, some of them outside Australia. Privacy Policy.

Before you ask

The three answers that get you a firm price fastest

1. The fluid and the flow

Everything else follows from these two. Published flow figures are clean water — a viscous fluid at the same rate needs a bigger vessel.

2. What you are removing, and roughly how much

Grams per hour or kilograms per shift. This decides bag count and change interval — and therefore your real running cost, which usually matters more than the vessel price.

3. Whether it can stop

If the line cannot stop for a bag change, it is a duplex, and that changes the number materially. Better known now than after the order.
