Bags are priced.
Housings are quoted.

Two different purchases, handled differently. Give us the duty and you get a firm number for both — plus the change interval, so you can budget the consumable, not just the capital.

How pricing works

Bags are priced. Housings are quoted.

Those are two different purchases and they behave differently, so we handle them differently.

Filter bags — price on application, priced per box

Bags are a repeat consumable. Price moves with media, micron, ring type and quantity, and it drops sharply at volume. Tell us the size, media and annual usage and we will give you a per-bag rate and a standing-order price. Bag pricing and reorder →

Housings — POA, quoted to duty

A housing is not a catalogue item with one price. The vessel size, material (304, 316L or carbon steel), seal compound, internal finish, connection type and any certification requirement all move the number. Quoting a list price would mean quoting the wrong one.

Skids and systems — engineered quote

Housings, pump, valves, instrumentation, pipework and frame, built and tested as one unit. Quoted against the duty and the site. See what we build →

What you get back

  • A sized housing with the model, material and connections stated
  • The bag specified — media, micron, ring — and its price per box
  • Expected change interval at your solids loading, so you can budget the consumable
  • Delivery lead time, and what commissioning involves
  • Certification and test documentation included

Filtration enquiry

Housings are quoted to duty, not from a price list — the vessel, the material, the seal and the connections all move with the application. Give us these and you get a firm number, not a range.

Business details — ABN, address optional, but it lets us quote freight and trade terms

Photos and drawings

A photo of the existing housing, the pipework around it, or a used bag tells us more than a description does. A P&ID or a general arrangement if you have one. Take a photo now or choose a file.

Up to 5 files, 10 MB each and 25 MB in total. If they cannot be sent with the form we will still get your enquiry and the file names, and you can reply to our confirmation email with the photos — it carries your reference number.

Commercially sensitive? Sign our mutual NDA first — you download your signed copy on the spot and we countersign within one business day. It binds both of us and keeps your name out of anything we publish.

We reply within one business day. If the duty is unusual, send a sample of the fluid as well — it settles more than a specification sheet does. We use what you enter here to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation, and share it only with the service providers who help us do that, some of them outside Australia. Privacy Policy.

Before you ask

The three answers that get you a firm price fastest

1. The fluid and the flow

Everything else follows from these two. Published flow figures are clean water — a viscous fluid at the same rate needs a bigger vessel.

2. What you are removing, and roughly how much

Grams per hour or kilograms per shift. This decides bag count and change interval — and therefore your real running cost, which usually matters more than the vessel price.

3. Whether it can stop

If the line cannot stop for a bag change, it is a duplex, and that changes the number materially. Better known now than after the order.
