An EVS 1500-PL with integrated bunding, grated deck, handrails and a screened bay at the load end. Render.
A big tank is only half the job. The other half is the floor around it — where the operator stands, where the parts land, and where the liquid goes when it comes off the load.
We build that floor with the machine. Bunding to catch what comes off, a raised deck so the work happens at the right height, and a screened bay for the wet work beside the bath. Designed in from the start on a custom machine, or built as a separate unit that drops in beside a machine you already have.
The machine stands in a sealed bund with a lift-out grated deck over the top. Drips off the load, carry-off from the baskets and the wash-down at the end of the shift go to the bund instead of the floor. The grating lifts out so the bund can be cleaned.
A grated deck around the tank so the operator loads and unloads at working height instead of reaching down off the floor. Sized to the machine and to the traffic that has to get past it.
A screened bay beside the ultrasonic tank for pre-wash, rinse and hand work. Keeps the wet work and the splash in one place, off the gangway and off the rest of the floor.
Designed into the machine from the start. One frame, one bund, one set of services, one commissioning visit. This is the way to do it on a custom build — the containment, the deck heights and the access are all worked out against the parts you are actually cleaning.
Built as its own unit and dropped in beside a machine that is already on the floor — ours or somebody else’s. The machine stands in it. Useful when the tank is fine and it is the floor around it that is the problem, or when site rules change after the machine went in.
Either way it is quoted as its own line, ex GST, so you can see what the work area costs against the machine. Send us the footprint you have to work in and what has to get past it, and we will come back with a layout.
PowerSonic and MSX are our standard ranges. They are built to a fixed drawing and do not take a work area. Everything above them is engineered to order, so the containment, the deck heights and the access get worked out against the parts you are cleaning and the space you have to put the machine in. If you want a work area around a standard machine, it is quoted as a custom build.
Not offered on the PowerSonic or MSX ranges — those are standard machines.
