Misonics size 1 liquid filter bags — polypropylene felt, 5 micron. Polypropylene needle-felt is a depth media — contaminant traps through the full thickness of the felt, giving high dirt-holding capacity at low cost. The singed finish and fully welded construction mean no fibre migration and no thread-hole bypass into your process.
Filter bags trap contaminant as liquid is piped through the bag inside a bag housing — filtered fluid passes out the housing outlet and back to the process. When the bag loads up, change-over takes a minute: lift out, drop in, snap home. In an ultrasonic cleaning loop the bag continuously catches what the ultrasonics strip, keeping the bath working between change-outs.
