Two media are stocked and priced online — polypropylene needlefelt and nylon monofilament mesh, sizes 1 to 4. Everything else is made to order. Work through the choices below, give us a quantity, and we quote it.
Sizes 1 to 4 are the standard bags and the ones our housings take. Size 5 and anything outside the chart is made to order.
The fluid, the temperature and whether you want depth or a hard cut point decide this. Two are stocked; the rest are made to order.
Start at the coarsest rating that does the job. Finer than you need means shorter runs and more change-outs.
How the bag seats. Plastic where no metal may touch the product, steel for hot or aggressive duty.
Handles let an operator lift a heavy wet bag straight out without reaching into the basket.
Welded felt has no needle holes for solids to pass through. Woven mesh is sewn and bound.
Felt only. Singed is standard; glazed releases cake more easily and sheds less fibre.

We do not price made-to-order bags on the website. You get a firm figure, a lead time and a freight cost by return, and nothing is charged until you approve it.

So MFB-S2-PP-25-P is a size 2 polypropylene needlefelt bag, 25 micron, polypropylene snap ring, no handles, singed. That one is in stock. MFB-S2-PTM-10-S6H is a PTFE membrane bag on a 316 stainless ring with handles — made to order.

Quantity is the biggest lever on the price, so give us a realistic annual figure if there is one. For made-to-order media, the liquid, the temperature and the pH decide whether the media you picked is the right one — tell us and we will say so if it is not.
