Seventeen documented cleaning processes — the parts, the numbers and the recipe card

Real parts. Measured results. Nothing here we have not run ourselves.

Every study starts with the customer’s actual parts and their cleaning requirement. We develop and validate the process, then specify the chemistry, the ultrasonic parameters and the system configuration needed to reproduce the result. Where we photographed it, the photographs are here.

The Misonics process language

Every study is built from these stages

Misonics cleaning process stages: spray wash, ultrasonics, injection flood, rinse, oscillation, hot air drying, vacuum drying

Not every part needs every stage — each case study names the stages its process card uses, in this order. Each stage has a job, and the order matters.

The next study starts with a real application

Where an application warrants a controlled trial, we clean, photograph, gauge and document — and the process card stays with the customer.
