This website at misonics.com.au is operated by Misonics Pty Ltd (ABN 50 659 454 681) (Misonics, we, us, our). By using the website you agree to these terms. Purchases through the website are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy and Warranty Policy, which are presented for acceptance before you pay. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Who this website is for
This website and the products on it are for industrial and commercial customers. Our machines, chemicals and filtration products are industrial products for use by trained people in a workplace, not consumer goods for home use. By ordering you confirm that you are buying for business, industrial or commercial use, that you and your operators have a working knowledge of this equipment and chemistry, and that your workplace has the safety policies, training and controls these products require. If it does not, do not buy from us — talk to us first. This does not exclude any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies to your purchase.
Using the website
You may use the website to learn about our products and services, make genuine enquiries and place orders. You must not interfere with the security or operation of the website, submit false or fraudulent information, upload malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, including for training artificial-intelligence systems, without our written permission. If you use the website on behalf of a business you confirm you are authorised to do so. We may restrict access to address a security threat, unlawful conduct or a material breach of these terms; doing so does not cancel an existing order.
Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, photographs, video, drawings, technical resources, brand names and logos on the website belong to Misonics or its licensors. You may view, download and print material for evaluating, buying, operating and maintaining our products, keeping any notices on it. Any other reproduction, republication or commercial use, and any use of our branding, needs our written permission. Third-party brand names appear for identification only and do not imply an affiliation or endorsement beyond any relationship we state.
Product and technical information
Specifications, capacities, lead times and availability are current at the time of publication and may change; the specification in an accepted quotation or order confirmation governs the supply. Some engineered-to-order machines show specifications as confirmed at quotation. Photographs and renders show typical machines: a fabricated stainless steel machine carries the marks of welding, grinding and polishing and varies in appearance from the pictures, which does not affect its function.
Articles, case studies, calculators, videos and compatibility guides explain typical applications and results achieved on particular parts under particular conditions. They are general information and are not a substitute for the product manual, the Safety Data Sheet, or an assessment of your own parts, contamination and cleanliness standard. A result shown for one application does not mean a different application will achieve the same result. When you want a recommendation for your application, tell us about your parts, materials, contamination, throughput and acceptance criteria and we will advise you on that basis. We stand behind advice we give for a purpose you have told us about.
A cleaning process does not establish sterilisation, disinfection, oxygen-service cleanliness or any other regulated outcome unless it has been specified and validated for that outcome.
Product safety
Follow the equipment manual, the chemical label, the Safety Data Sheet and any process instructions we give you. Use compatible chemistry within the stated temperature, concentration, loading and operating limits, do not defeat safety controls, and do not use flammable solvents in equipment not designed and marked for that purpose. Arrange competent installation and the workplace controls required at your site. Risk assessments, safe work method statements and operator training for your workplace are your responsibility; our manuals, data sheets, guides and advice support those assessments and do not replace them.
Prices, orders and rental
Prices on the website are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise; GST and freight are shown at checkout before you pay. Website listings invite you to order; a contract is formed when we accept your order or dispatch the goods, as our Terms and Conditions of Sale explain. Equipment rental is subject to our Rental Agreement and Rental Terms and Conditions, which we provide before a rental starts.
Material you send us
You keep ownership of drawings, photographs and other material you send us. You permit us to use and share it as needed to assess and fulfil your request, provide support and meet our legal obligations, and you confirm you have the right to send it. Sending an enquiry does not by itself permit us to use your name, logo or results in marketing; that permission is dealt with in clause 13 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale when you buy from us, and we ask separately for case studies and testimonials.
Liability for website use
We take reasonable care with the website but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we correct material errors when they are brought to our attention. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on general information on it, that was not reasonably foreseeable. This clause does not limit our responsibility for goods, services or advice we supply to you, and nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a new dated version; the version in force when you use the website applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. This does not prevent you taking a matter to a consumer protection agency or a tribunal. If a provision is unenforceable it is severed to the extent necessary and the rest continues to apply.
