Quality & Compliance

Tested before it ships.
Documented before it leaves.

Quality on an industrial machine is not a slogan — it is what was verified before despatch, what the test report shows, and what happens if something fails. Here is all three.

Pre-Despatch Testing

Test duration is set by the machine

Before any machine leaves our facility it runs a load and cavitation test — a minimum of four hours for standard machines, with ultrasonics, heating, controls and safety interlocks verified under real operating load. Larger industrial systems run for days, sometimes weeks, as each process stage is tested and checked in turn. For large and involved cleaning solutions, full FAT documentation is provided.

Run under load

Minimum four hours of continuous operation — and days to weeks on large industrial systems — so the failure modes that appear at temperature and duration are found in our facility, not your production schedule.

Cavitation verified

Ultrasonic output and cavitation performance are confirmed against benchmark, not assumed from the nameplate.

Documented — up to full FAT

The benchmark report accompanies each machine as your commissioning baseline. Engineered systems are proven against their specification with full Factory Acceptance Test documentation — witnessed, if you wish to attend.

Every component is evaluated continuously against Australian and international design and performance standards — inspection happens at each production stage, not only at the end.
Electrical & quality

How the electrical work and the quality system are run

Electrical safety — designed to AS/NZS 3100

Machines are designed in accordance with AS/NZS 3100, the Australian and New Zealand general requirements for electrical equipment, and the electrical work on every machine is tested and tagged by a licensed electrician before it leaves.

Quality management — aligned with ISO 9001:2015 principles

Our quality system is aligned with ISO 9001:2015 principles — documented processes, controlled records and traceable inspection through build, test and delivery.

Warranty

12 months from dispatch, on everything we supply

Equipment — 12 months

Every machine, generator, transducer, control and spare part we supply is warranted for 12 months from dispatch against defects in materials and workmanship, to the specifications agreed at manufacture.

Tanks and structures — as contracted

Where a longer warranty is offered on a tank or stainless structure, it is stated in the sales contract; otherwise the 12-month term applies.

Consumables — excluded

Chemicals, filter bags and heater elements are consumables and sit outside the equipment warranty. Chemistry is supplied to the manufacturer's technical data sheet — and because machine and chemistry are specified together from the trial, process responsibility never falls between two suppliers.

Behind the terms sits what makes a warranty usable: spares held in Australia, every wearing component individually replaceable, and over-the-air diagnostics — a claim starts with a remote session, not a site-visit queue.

Ask for the test report

Every claim on this page is checkable — the Factory Acceptance Test report, the punch list, and the four-hour benchmark record for the machine you are buying. Ask for them.
