Warranty & quality

Bags are batch-traceable and inspected before despatch; seams are welded and singed — tested against fibre bypass.

Single-service depth media — replace at change-out. Bags are consumables and carry no equipment warranty; a bag that fails through a manufacturing fault is replaced under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ordering

Order by part code — body, micron and collar are all in the code (e.g. MFB-S3-PP-5-P). Most configurations ship from stock; unusual combinations are made to order.
