Heavy Industrial Duty
Heavy-duty tanks for the largest and heaviest parts: heat-exchanger bundles, engine blocks, cores, frames and filter elements. The load goes in by hoist or crane, or on the optional powered platform, which lowers it into the bath and raises it to drain. Automated lids are optional too. Filtration is optional, as a filter loop or a kidney loop. When the part is bigger than the standard tanks, we design a custom EVS around it.
All machines quoted to site, ex GST.

These are the jobs EvoSonic Heavy tanks are bought for. Each one links to the documented process: soils, chemistry, cycle and verification. Tell us your part and it gets worked the same way.

Whole-bundle immersion — shell-side scale and tube-side sludge out together, ΔT restored, no rodding scars. Sized to your longest bundle.
The exchanger process →
Candle filters, demister pads and process elements recovered on rotation — ΔP logged per element, spares pool instead of purchase orders.
The recovery program →
Final drives, cylinders, GET and undercarriage — wash-bay soils cleaned through the drillings, with the optional platform doing the lift.
The sector page →Shortlist by tank opening and working depth first. The part must go in, immerse fully and come out draining. Then check power against the soil. Every model name opens the full specification.
| Model | Tank | Opening L × W | Working depth | Ultrasonics | Heating | Supply |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| EVS 1500-PL | 1,550 L | 2300 × 1125 mm | 600 mm | 18,000 W · 12 gen | 28 kW | 415 V 3-ph · 48 kW |
| EVS 7000-PL | 4,433 L | 2495 × 1516 mm | 1,172 mm | 63,000 W · 42 gen | 70 kW | 415 V 3-ph · 136 kW |
If neither standard tank fits, we draw one that does, up to 10,000 litres. The tank is sized around your longest bundle or heaviest frame, your cycle time and your floor space. Envelope, frequency, power, platform, weir system and services are all specified to the job. Your parts go through our lab first, then to the drawing.
The lifting platform is an option on these tanks. With it fitted, both standard tanks load at deck height and the platform does the immersion, the agitation and the drain hold. The overhead crane stays free for the jobs only a crane can do.
Filmed on a customer production trial — an EVS 1500-PL surfacing 500 kg to drain. Silent; loads when you press play.
Deck-height loading by trolley or forklift, powered immersion and raise-to-drain. Without it, the load goes in by hoist or crane.
25 kHz, stepless 10–100%. Generator arrays from 12 to 42, sized to the soil.
Displacement weir, oil capture and interceptor per model. Filtration and kidney-loop filtration are available as options. A kidney loop is a side-stream loop that filters the bath while the tank works.
SS316 tank construction. Plate thickness and insulation are listed on each model page.
One recipe per part family and every cycle logged.
Our engineers can read the PLC, diagnose and adjust remotely.
The oscillation stage, motorised, for an even clean on dense, heavy baskets.
Services check, foundations where needed, chemistry, commissioning and operator training. One price, ex GST.
The same engineering builds larger and specialised tanks to your drawing. Start with the custom EVS configurator.
The EVS 180 to EVS 1200 are on EvoSonic.
Floor tanks from 180 to 1,200 litres for engine parts, DPFs, radiators and fabrications. Lifting platform and automated lids optional.
See EvoSonic →Every EvoSonic delivers the ultrasonics stage with the bath defended. The oscillation stage comes with the optional agitating platform. Matching rinse tanks and drying stages are quoted with the machine; fully sequenced lines are built as a SonoLine.

Bunding to catch what comes off the load, a raised grated deck so the work happens at working height, and a screened washbay for the wet work beside the bath.
Built into the machine from the start, or as a separate unit that drops in beside one already on the floor. Quoted as its own line, ex GST.
