Why dual frequency matters

25 kHz demolishes. 45 kHz finishes. One tank does both.

The best benchtop in its class — a statement we are happy to defend, basket for basket.

Heavy carbon and grease want the big, aggressive bubbles of 25 kHz; fine passages, threads and finished surfaces want the denser, gentler field at 45 kHz. A single-frequency machine has that choice made for it at the factory. The MSX 30 carries both bands in one tank and the operator selects which one runs — 25 kHz for the heavy pass, 45 kHz for the finish — which is why it is the machine we put in front of rebuild shops, armouries and anyone whose basket holds more than one kind of problem. Chemistry

Approved chemistry

Chemistry rule: these tanks are approved for the declared chemistry at the declared concentration and temperature. Acid chemistry needs an acid-duty specification. Hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid and pickling solutions are not permitted in the tank; acid processes are only possible by indirect cleaning in a chemically inert secondary container, and only with written Misonics approval.

An MSX benchtop runs the ultrasonics stage; rinse, protection and drying complete the card at bench scale. Because the platform is shared, the recipe you prove here transfers to the floor range — and to full multistage lines — without re-proving anything.
