Industrial ultrasonic cleaners for Australia, direct from Misonics
Misonics designs, engineers and specifies its machines in Australia, and supports them directly. No dealer and no importer between you and the people who built it.
The engineer who sizes your tank writes the cycle settings your operators run, and answers the phone when something goes wrong two years later.
Where we deliver
Every state and territory
Anywhere our carriers reach in Australia, plus New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.
Remote destinations
Longer in transit, and some are depot collection rather than delivery to your gate. Tell us the site and it is priced into the lead time.
Chemicals are dangerous goods
No PO boxes and no air freight. It is settled at quote stage, not discovered at dispatch.
How an order runs
We size from the part
The largest component, the soil on it, the substrate under it, and the throughput you need an hour. Those four decide the tank and the chemistry.
The quote
Freight is itemised separately from the machine, with the baskets and chemistry the cycle actually needs.
Before it ships
Every machine is factory acceptance tested before dispatch, and the test documentation ships with it.
Site access, settled early
Dock or kerb, forklift or crane, delivery booking, induction. The commonest reason a delivery goes wrong and the cheapest to prevent.
How long it takes
Stock
Chemicals, filter bags, accessories and spares held in stock leave within two business days of cleared payment.
Machines
Depends on the machine. A small machine in stock goes straight out. Anything larger is custom built, or assembled here before dispatch, and carries its own lead time on the quote.
Working to a date
Give us the shutdown date or the install window and we plan back from it.
What the freight price covers
Priced, not averaged
Destination, weight, dimensions, dangerous-goods handling and the services the drop needs all move the figure. Tail-lift, crane, forklift, restricted access and remote-area surcharges are quoted up front where we know of them.
Kerb or dock
The lifting gear and the crew are yours unless the quote says otherwise. Raise it early and we quote it in.
Risk in transit
Where we arrange the freight the goods are at our risk until they reach you, and we run any carrier claim.
Service without freighting the machine
eWON Cosy remote access
Standard on every custom build — a secure connection into the controller. The machine is diagnosed live on the running cycle rather than described down a phone. Recipe and setting changes load the same way.
A demountable control module
On the MSX 50 to 240. It unplugs and travels by courier; the tank stays in place. Software loads over a direct computer connection.
Neither is an extra
Neither is a subscription. Both ship with the machine.
Who puts the machine in
Quoted separately
Installation, positioning and commissioning are quoted separately from supply. The quote states plainly which of them you are buying.
On site or over video
Depending on the machine and the destination.
The settings stay behind
Cycle settings are documented for the operators before our technician leaves.
Who looks after it afterwards
Twelve months from dispatch
On equipment and parts. The full terms are on the warranty page.
Reporting a fault
1300 647 664 or sales@misonics.com.au with the model and serial number. Acknowledged inside two business days.
How it gets fixed
Remote first — live on a connected machine, otherwise from controller readings and video. Parts ship to site and your technician fits them under our direction. We attend when the assessment says nothing else will resolve it.
Why that order
A machine in Kalgoorlie gets a part on tonight’s flight and a call in the morning. Spares are held in Australia.
Sized to the biggest part
The range
Benchtop to plant-scale: MSX, EvoSonic, UltraWash and UltraTecno, with the chemistry and spares behind them.
How we size it
We size the tank to the largest component that has to go in it. Everything else follows from that.
Not sure which end
That is a conversation, not a form.
Questions we get from every state
Do you deliver to my state?
Every state and territory, plus New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.
How long will it take?
Stocked spares and chemistry leave within two business days of cleared payment. A small machine in stock goes straight out. Anything larger is custom built or assembled here first, with its lead time on the quote.
What will the freight cost?
Quoted with the machine. It moves with destination, weight, dimensions and the services the drop needs, so it is priced rather than averaged.
Do I need a forklift?
For a machine, yes — delivery is kerb or dock unless the quote includes the lifting gear.
Do you come and install it?
Where it is quoted. Commissioning is on site or over video, and the settings are documented for your operators either way.
What if it fails and we are the other side of the country?
Twelve months from dispatch on equipment and parts. Custom builds are diagnosed live through eWON Cosy remote access. On the MSX 50 to 240 the control module comes out and travels by courier rather than the machine going on a truck. Parts ship to site and we direct the fit.
