Ultrasonic Cleaners and Parts Washers for Perth and WA

A haul truck engine comes down in the Pilbara and the injectors, the turbo hardware and the valve blocks all have to be clean before anything goes back together. In most WA workshops that means a solvent drum, a brush and a bench, or a pallet of parts freighted east and waited on.

Misonics puts the cleaning capability inside your own workshop — the machine, the chemistry, and a process card written for your parts — so components stop leaving site to get clean. Ultrasonic tanks and sealed parts washers, from benchtop units that run off a standard 10 A socket up to tanks that take a heat exchanger bundle.

Western Australia

What comes off on a WA site

Diesel injectors and fuel system parts

Carbon at the nozzle tip and lacquer through the body, in bores too small to take a brush. Cavitation reaches the bore because the liquid does.

Turbocharger components

Oil coke on the turbine side, soot through the housing, and carbon packed into variable geometry vanes and their linkages.

Hydraulic valve blocks and spools

Varnish and fine metallic debris out of drillings, seats and spool bores, with the block cleaned whole rather than stripped.

Heat exchanger and radiator cores

Scale, oil and red dust packed into the tube stack, cleaned through the core without rodding it.

Final drive and transmission parts

Gear oil, friction material and dust baked onto housings, hubs and planetary components.

Filter elements

Pleated stainless mesh elements recovered and put back into service instead of replaced. See the case study.

Logistics

Getting a machine onto a WA site

Power

The benchtop machines run on 240 V, 50 Hz single phase from a standard 10 A socket on a 3 m lead. Floor-standing MSX units carry that up the range, so a workshop gets floor-scale cleaning without a switchboard project. The large tanks and the multi-stage systems need 415 V three phase.

Water and waste

A tank is filled once and runs for weeks on the same charge with filtration on it. At the end of its life it is a waste stream you will need a plan for, and we will tell you what is in it before you buy rather than after.

Freight

Benchtop and floor-standing machines travel on a pallet as general freight to Perth and on to site. Large tanks travel oversize. Freight and lead time are quoted as their own lines so you can see what the transport costs.

Chemistry resupply

Concentrate ships in 20 and 200 litre drums. Dose rates are on the technical data sheet, so you can work out a year of consumption before you commit and hold stock to suit the run.

Commissioning

Quoted against the machine and the site. The machine is filled, run and load-tested before it leaves us, so what arrives has already worked.

Support afterwards

Process and settings by phone and remote session, with a technician on site where the job needs one. Spares and consumables freight from Australian stock, and the process card stays with the machine so a new hand can run it.

Machines

The machine follows the site

PowerSonic

Benchtop for injectors, nozzles and small assemblies on the workshop bench. See the range.

MSX

Floor-standing, built in Australia, single phase well up the range. See the range.

UltraWash

A sealed multi-stage parts washer, for parts that have to come out clean, rinsed and dry in one door. See the range.

What are you cleaning, and where is it?

Tell us what the part is, what comes off it, and what the workshop has for power, water and drainage. Technical sales will tell you whether ultrasonics is the right answer for that part and what it takes to run it on your own floor.
