Floor machines are quoted to site — power, chemistry, baskets and commissioning included in one number. Same-day response.
Or rent — $266/weekTank volume is the whole tank, including the pockets that carry the resonators, heaters and platform. Useful volume is the working volume your parts sit in. All specifications — incl. dimensions, ultrasonic power and volume — are confirmed at quotation.
This is the machine for genuinely dirty work: 140 litres with a displacement weir, oil capture and a 150 µm triple-interceptor basket, plus inline filtration — the full bath-defence system from our oil-management playbook built into the machine. Twin generators deliver 3,000 watts across a 700 × 500 mm basket that takes engine blocks, DPFs and heat-exchanger cores. Three-phase 415 V, 4 kW heating, and a bath that stays cleanable shift after shift.
From carby banks to cylinder heads — the daily-duty floor machine.
Blocks and heads stripped in one immersion — read the documented process.
The two-bath ash process at floor scale — flow-tested per filter.
Whole-core immersion recovery — fins, tubes and headers together.
The daily bath for oils, grease and workshop soils — 5% in water, works from warm.
Product, SDS & TDS →Ferrous carbon & paintGrease, rust, scale, carbon and paint off steel and cast iron in one bath — the chemistry the 1.5 mm SS316 tank was built to hold. pH 14, so ferrous only.
Product, SDS & TDS →Precision & approvalsAerospace-approved aqueous for new-manufacture and precision work; 815 QR-NF for MRO carbon.
Product, SDS & TDS →Australian-owned and engineered. Built locally and internationally to Misonics drawings, specifications and testing requirements, then supported from Melbourne with parts, service and the people who wrote the process. Sold direct and through our distribution partners.
