Floor machines are quoted to site — power, chemistry, baskets and commissioning included in one number. Same-day response.
Or rent — $197/weekTank volume is the whole tank, including the pockets that carry the resonators, heaters and platform. Useful volume is the working volume your parts sit in. All specifications — incl. dimensions, ultrasonic power and volume — are confirmed at quotation.
Two tanks in one 2.3-metre frame: ultrasonic wash on one side, heated rinse on the other — the two-stage process discipline from our multistage playbook as a single machine. Long 850 × 340 mm baskets suit shafts, rails, extrusions and long tooling, and the whole line runs from single-phase 240 V. For shops that know the rinse is half the result, this is the tidiest way to own both stages.
From carby banks to cylinder heads — the daily-duty floor machine.
Blocks and heads stripped in one immersion — read the documented process.
The two-bath ash process at floor scale — flow-tested per filter.
Whole-core immersion recovery — fins, tubes and headers together.
The daily bath for oils, grease and workshop soils — 5% in water, works from warm.
Product, SDS & TDS →Ferrous carbon & paintGrease, rust, scale, carbon and paint off steel and cast iron in one bath — the chemistry the 1.5 mm SS316 tank was built to hold. pH 14, so ferrous only.
