Click to enlargeAn electric platform does the lifting, oscillates the load through the cycle for measurably better cleaning, and holds it at drain position so drag-out runs back into the bath. Operators keep their backs; the bath keeps its chemistry; the parts get the even clean that moving loads always get. The lid is included on every SonoLift.

Product renders from the SonoLift CAD model. SL-160 unless noted.
Oscillation cleans. The platform cycles the load through the field, so every face keeps changing aspect to the cavitation — the same physics as the oscillation stage in our process diagram, motorised. Drain position saves chemistry. The lift parks the basket above the bath and the drag-out drips back in — the drag-out recovery habit from our process guides, built into the machine. The WHS case writes itself. Thirty-five kilograms of wet parts, lifted hot out of a tank, hundreds of times a week — that is the injury the electric platform retires.
Single tank with reciprocating platform lift. Four standard sizes; custom sizes available and every one can be optimised. Pick a size to see its full specification.
Figures from the Misonics Sono Range 2026 technical specification. One process basket is included per machine; additional baskets are optional. Filtration, oil separation and load or off-load automation cannot be retrofitted — they are ordered with the machine.
All specifications — incl. dimensions, ultrasonic power and volume — are confirmed at quotation.
A gear set goes into the basket black with carbon and oil. The platform lowers it, the cavitation does the work, and it comes out bright — no blasting, no picking, no wire brush near a finished tooth flank.
The load lowered, oscillated through the field, and lifted clean. Nothing in the tank touches the part except the liquid.
Demonstration machine, shown in the supplier’s demonstration livery; Misonics units are finished as shown in the renders above. Clip is silent and loads only when you press play.
Two frequencies on one machine. The coarse band does the demolition, the fine band does the finish — on the same load, in the same bath. A part that needs both does not need two machines.
Sweeps the drive across the band so standing waves cannot park a dead spot in the tank. Parts at the back of the basket come out like parts at the front.
Short bursts above rated power for stubborn soils and semi-aqueous solvents.
Stepless, not three steps. Set the cavitation where the part and the chemistry want it and leave it there.
The generator reads liquid level, bath temperature and the load in the basket, and holds working frequency and power output as they change.
Working status and every parameter on one screen — time, frequency, sweep, set and actual temperature, power.
Collapses the bubbles faster. On the standard foil test the breakdown is measurably quicker at the same power.
Ultrasonic output holds while the bath heats and the basket moves, rather than drifting with the load.
The transducers are rated at better than 95% conversion of electrical energy to ultrasonic. More of what you pay for reaches the part.
Circulation, oil separation, bubbling, rinsing, high-pressure spray and drying can be added as extra stations on the same platform.
Both are specified at order and built in — they are not switched later. Everything below is available on every SonoLift size.
Every machine is dual frequency. What changes is which two bands you get.
Single-frequency builds and other pairings are quoted on request.
Filtration is what decides how long a bath lasts and how clean the last part looks compared with the first.
Also available: SS316 tank and basket, additional baskets, bunded stainless base, loading and unloading platforms, and a matched hot-air dryer.
The daily bath for oils, grease and workshop soils — 5% in water, works from warm.
Product, SDS & TDS →Ferrous carbon & paintGrease, rust, scale, carbon and paint off steel and cast iron in one bath — the chemistry the 1.5 mm SS316 tank was built to hold. pH 14, so ferrous only.
Product, SDS & TDS →Precision & approvalsAerospace-approved aqueous for new-manufacture and precision work; 815 QR-NF for MRO carbon.

Bunding to catch what comes off the load, a raised grated deck so the work happens at working height, and a screened washbay for the wet work beside the bath.
Built into the machine from the start, or as a separate unit that drops in beside one already on the floor. Quoted as its own line, ex GST.
Bunding, raised platforms and washbays →Items marked “confirmed at quotation” are set out in the engineering pack supplied with your quotation.
