Nylon monofilament mesh filter bag, full length
What it is for

Where this media earns its place

Surface filtration through a precise monofilament nylon weave. An absolute rating rather than a nominal one — nothing larger than the aperture passes — and the bag can be washed and reused.

Typical duties

Defined cut points, solids recovery, high-abrasion duties, reusable applications.

Chemical & service notes

Strong and abrasion resistant. Good in alkali and most solvents. Not for strong acids.

Temperature

Up to 150 °C. The housing seal has its own limit — the lower of the two governs.

Priced per box · volume rates

Bag price moves with media, micron, ring type and quantity, and drops sharply at volume. Tell us the spec and your annual usage for a per-bag rate and a standing-order price. Get bag pricing →

Build it and see the price

Pick the size, media, micron, collar, handles, seam and finish. The builder gives you a part code and a full specification, and tells you whether the bag is one we hold or one we quote. Minimum five bags, then any number above that.

What are you filtering?

Flow rate, fluid, temperature, particle size and how often you want to change bags. We size the housing and the bag around that and quote the pair, delivered and commissioned.
