The chemical-resistance choice. Same depth filtration as polyester in a medium that shrugs off alkali, most acids and a far wider range of solvents — at the cost of a lower temperature ceiling.

Typical duties

Alkaline wash solutions, plating and metal finishing, aggressive chemistry, food-contact duty.

Chemical & service notes

Excellent across acid and alkali. The one to use with high-alkaline ultrasonic chemistry.

Temperature

Up to 90 °C. The housing seal has its own limit — the lower of the two governs.
