Large tanks earn their place on parts that are heavy, awkward or full of passages a brush cannot reach. The case studies show the process, the chemistry and the result on real jobs:
Power. Large machines run on 415 V three-phase. The heaters draw most of the load, so the connected load grows with the tank. We check your supply as part of the quote.
Floor. A full tank weighs far more than the empty machine. We give you the filled weight and footprint so the slab can be checked.
Lifting. EvoSonic tanks carry an elevator platform that lowers the basket into the bath. On other machines, allow for a crane or forklift to load heavy baskets.
Drainage and bunding. Plan where spent solution goes. A bund under the machine keeps spills off the floor. See integrated work areas.
Access. Check the doorway, the path to the bay and the height under the roof for the lid and platform.
Start from the biggest part you clean. The tank opening has to clear it with room to lift it in and out, and the working depth has to cover it completely, basket and fixture included. Then check the basket load limit and the power against how heavy the soil is. Send us the part size and a photo and we will tell you which tank fits.
UltraMax HX tanks run from 12,000 to 46,000 litres, for heat exchanger tube bundles and large fabrications. The largest standard EvoSonic tank is the EVS 7000-PL at 4,433 litres. Anything outside those is drawn and built to the part.
Our heavy-industrial tanks run at 25 kHz, the band for heavy soils such as carbon, grease and scale on robust metal parts. The Sono platform runs dual 25/45 kHz where the same line also cleans finer detail.
Large machines run on 415 V three-phase. Connected load depends on the size and heating: about 36 kW for an EVS 800 and about 136 kW for an EVS 7000-PL. We check your site services as part of the quote.
Each one is quoted to site as a working system: machine, services check, chemistry, baskets, commissioning and first recipes in one number, ex GST. Lead time is given in writing with the quote.
